I'm a product obsessive, engineer, and designer. I co-founded Terac with Zac Baker and run engineering — a labor marketplace of 100,000+ experts that pays out more than $10M a year. We're 17 people, seed-funded, heading into a Series A.

I work on this because work is how most people get both their money and their meaning, and we're still terrible at matching people to it. Giving someone a job beats giving them a donation every time.

I grew up outside DC. I live in Rincon Hill now, where the Bay Bridge lands. I run, I take the team on hikes, and I hug palm trees wherever I go.
